Abigail Perrin

Abigail is the founder and owner of PaiaYoga. Over the last 12 years, she has been privileged to study yoga with many influential and inspiring teachers. She completed her first teacher training with Kathleen Hunt at Samadhi Yoga in 2001. In the last 6 years, she has completed over 800 hours of teacher trainings with Eddie Modestini and Nicki Doane on Maui. Most recently, Abigail has begun to study with senior Iyengar teacher Manouso Manos. Abigail’s experience with Yoga has been life changing and she works to portray this in her classes. She considers her 11 month old son, Cesare, to be her greatest inspiration for her teaching and her practice.
